The Directors¡¯ remuneration for the financial year ended 31 March 2016 has been disclosed
in bands of S$250,000. The remuneration of each individual Director to the nearest
thousands is not disclosed due to competitive pressures in the industry and talent market.
There are no termination, retirement and post-employment benefits that may be granted to
the Directors, the CEO and top key management personnel.

For competitive reasons and to maintain confidentiality of staff remuneration in the interest
of the Company, the names and remuneration details of the top five key executives,
including the aggregate remuneration paid to the top five key executives, are not
disclosed.
The remuneration for each of the top five key executives (who are not Directors) for the
financial year ended 31 March 2016 fell within the band of S$250,000 and below.
