How does the Company facilitate
the exercise of ownership rights by
its shareholders?
The Group¡¯s corporate governance practices promote the fair and equitable treatment
of all shareholders and facilitates the exercise of ownership rights by all shareholders. All
shareholders are entitled to attend general meetings and are provided the opportunity
to participate effectively and vote at all general meetings. If a shareholder who is not a
Relevant Intermediary (as defined under the Act) is unable to attend a general meeting,
such shareholder is entitled to appoint up to two proxies to attend the meeting in his
place. For a shareholder who is a Relevant Intermediary, such shareholder may appoint
more than two proxies to attend the meeting in its place in accordance with the Act.

In line with the continuous disclosure obligations under the relevant rules, the Board
informs shareholders and members of the public promptly of all major developments
that may have a material impact on the Group. The Company does not practise selective
disclosure and price sensitive information is publicly released on an immediate basis where
required under the Catalist Rules.
The Board embraces openness and transparency in the conduct of the Company¡¯s affairs,
whilst safeguarding its commercial interests. Information is disseminated to shareholders
and investors on a timely basis through:
(i)
annual reports and notices of general meetings issued to all shareholders;
(ii) quarterly and full-year announcements of financial results and other announcements or
press releases through the SGXNET; and
(iii) the Company¡¯s AGMs.
