This Addendum is circulated to shareholders of Old Chang Kee Ltd. (the ¡°

¡±) together with the Company¡¯s annual report for the financial
year ended 31 March 2016 (the ¡°
Annual Report
¡±). Its purpose is to provide shareholders with the relevant information relating to, and to seek
shareholders¡¯ approval for, the proposed renewal of the Share Buy-back Mandate (as defined hereinafter) to be tabled at the annual general
meeting to be held on Tuesday, 26 July 2016 at 2.00 p.m. at Republic Polytechnic, 9 Woodlands Avenue 9, Singapore 738964, Lecture Theatre LRE5
(Building E5, Level 3) (the ¡°
AGM
¡±).
If you are in doubt about the contents of this Addendum or the action you should take, you should consult your bank manager,

Your attention is drawn to page 170 of this Addendum in respect of actions to be taken if you wish to attend and vote at the AGM. The notice of
