“Relevant Period”
:
The period commencing from the date the last annual general meeting was held or was required by law to
be held before the resolution relating to the Share Buy-back Mandate is passed and expiring on the date
the next annual general meeting is or required by law to be held, the date on which the share buy-backs are
carried out to the full extent mandated, or the date the said mandate is revoked or varied by the Company in
a general meeting, whichever is the earlier, after the said resolution is passed
“SGX-ST”
:
Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited
“Share Buy-back(s)”
:
The buy-back(s) of Shares by the Company pursuant to the terms of the Share Buy-back Mandate
“Share Buy-back Mandate”
:
The proposed mandate to enable the Company to purchase or otherwise acquire its Shares, the terms of
which are set out in Section 1.3 of this Addendum
“Shareholders”
:
Persons who are registered as holders of the Shares except where the registered holder is CDP, in which
case the term “Shareholders” shall in relation to such Shares mean the Depositors whose securities
accounts with CDP are credited with the Shares
“Shares”
:
Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company
