The Directors’ remuneration for the fnancial year ended 31 March 2014 have been disclosed in bands of $250,000. The remuneration of each
individual Director to the nearest thousand is not disclosed due to competitive pressures in the industry and talent market.
Key Executives’ Remuneration
For competitive reasons and to maintain confdentiality of staff remuneration in the interest of the Company, the names and remuneration details of
the top fve key executives, including the aggregate remuneration paid to the top fve key executives, are not disclosed.
The remuneration for each of the top fve key executives (who are not Directors) for the fnancial year ended 31 March 2014 falls within the band of
$250,000 and below.
