Directors’ Report
Te Directors are pleased to present their report to the members together with the audited consolidated fnancial statements of Old
Chang Kee Ltd. (the “Company”) and its subsidiary companies (collectively, the “Group”) and the balance sheet and statement of
changes in equity of the Company for the fnancial period from 1 January 2011 to 31 March 2012.

debentures of the Company or any other body corporate.
